- For children aged from 3½ to 4 years old.
A Pre-school program:
- For children aged from 4 - 5 years old.
Playgroup Program
The St George College Playgroup program offers two sessions every Friday morning -
9am - 10:30am
11am - 12:30pm
The Playgroup is a precursor to our other pre-schooling programs namely our Pre-entry and our Pre-school classes.
The Playgroup program at St George is designed to:
- Provide children with play activities that are stimulating and innovative and within a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Provide children and parents with opportunities to interact in both Greek and English in appropriate and purposeful ways.
- Enhance parents’ understanding about their children’s needs and development.
- Contribute to children’s social development particularly through activities that promote sharing and cooperation with others.

Pre-entry Program
Pre-entry Program
At St George College the Pre-entry Program is specifically designed to cater for the learning and development needs of children aged between 3½ and 4 years.
The Pre-entry program is usually of six month duration (one semester) and operates throughout the school year every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

- The Pre-entry class visits the Resource Centre weekly for story reading and book borrowing.
- The Pre-entry class is visited weekly for Orthodox Studies by the Religious Education teacher.
- The Pre-entry class as part of its learning activities at times and in a planned and integrated manner engages students through the medium of the Greek language.
Pre-School Program
At St George College the Pre-school program is specifically designed to
cater for the learning and development needs of children aged between 4
and 5 years.
The Pre-school program operates throughout the school year every Monday to Friday morning from 9.00am and 12.00pm.
The Pre-school program is designed to prepare students for entry into the formal part of schooling at our College, namely Reception.
